  • Refund requests must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.
  1. Contact us via email at support@f2oworld.com
  2. Provide your order number, and reason for return with clear pictures of the faulty product condition and batch number
  3. Our support team will contact you within 3 working days.
  • Once the refund request is received and approved, the refund will be issued via:
  • Card reversal (for card payments via Paymob)
  • Bank transfer (for cash payments)
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after confirmation.
