Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us via email at support@f2oworld.com
- Provide your order number, and reason for return with clear pictures of the faulty product condition and batch number
- Our support team will contact you within 3 working days.
Refund Process
- Once the refund request is received and approved, the refund will be issued via:
- Card reversal (for card payments via Paymob)
- Bank transfer (for cash payments)
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after confirmation.
